Dion Jacobs passed away Thursday, October 11, 2012 at his residence. Age 34 years. He was born January 23, 1978 to Dionna Jacobs and Lavern McFadden.
Dion loved to play basketball and take care of his children as well as play video games. He was brought up in Prince of Peace Church growing up under his grandparents (Merkerson's). He attended Saginaw High School.
He leaves to cherish his memory his spouse Djuana Gilmore; mother, Dionna Leonard; father, Lavern McFadden; three children, Denim Levern Unique, Dejuan M and Dion Jacobs; his grandparents, Mary Jacobs Gentry, W. Leroy McFadden; one sister, Nekeschia Jacobs; two nephews, Trevonte' Gibson, Jacques Hampton; aunts, Sharon (James) Hulett, Billy Curry; uncles, Michael Jacobs, Kelvin and Leroy McFadden, Ivan (Odie) Pierce, Marvin (Debbie) Pierce; many cousins, other relatives and friends, including special friends, Miosha, Kamil, Chop, Ace, Tony, Jamar, William Harvey, Aaron Johnson, Anthony Sanders, and all those not mentioned that know who you are, you are all special.
Dion was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ethel McFadden, R. Leroy Lily, Willie Jacobs, Wlilie Mae Merkerson, K.M. Merkerson; cousins, Jason Pierce and Leslie Braddock.
