Mr. Donald Perry, Sr. passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022, in Saginaw, Michigan. Age 48 years. He was born December 27, 1973, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Sharon Price and Donald Perry.
Donald was a member of Messiah Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Otis Washington. He attended Saginaw High School, Class of 1992, and was employed at Walmart as a stocker. Donald enjoyed spending time with family, listening to old school music, playing card games, and taking care of his many dogs. A couple of Donald’s characteristics were cracking jokes, chewing his tongue, and being a very loving person. Donald was very family-oriented, a loyal friend, and a kind person to be around. He will always be loved and remembered by those who will carry on his memory.
Donald leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 20 years, LaTosha Perry; one son, Terence Smith, Ft. Worth, Texas; eight daughters, Candace Adams, Breyaunna Lee, Arlesia Thomas, Saginaw, Michigan, Monique, Danielle, and Kiara King of Virginia, Hope Jackson and Aliyah Perry, Saginaw, Michigan; grandchildren, Tariq Smith, Texas, Serenity Carter, Jaidyn Smith, Solathian and Adrien Holiday, Ahmeir Perry, Michigan, Aliyah Seals, Virginia, Tremaine Washington, Iveyaunna and Supreme Lee, all of Michigan; father, Donald Perry, stepmother; Diane Olive Perry; four sisters, Candy Barnes, KeAira Perry, Anjoli (Tom) Bender, and Chardé Perry; two brothers, John Green, and Ruselis Perry; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; two aunts, Alicia Wadley, and Glenda (Melford) Alston; uncles, Charles Perry, Ronald Wadley, Derek (Meiling) Wadley; mother and father-in-law, James (Jacqueline) Thomas; many other relatives and friends including special friends Terrance (Irene) Sherman, Antoine Grice, Robert Parham, Gary Brown, Latreed Humphrey, Edward Christopher, and godson, Terrance Norman Jr.
Donald was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Price; son, Donald Perry Jr., grandparents, Charles and Margaret Perry, and Roosevelt and Hattie Wadley; sisters, Tiffany Davis, and Keisha Green; uncles, Mark Wadley, Cornell Wadley, and James Perry; aunt, Patricia Damon; special friends, Gregorio Perez, Jr., and Duane Henry Sr.; godsister, Tanya Wilson.
