Dorothy Roberson-Scott

Our beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and grandparent, Dorothy Susie Mae Roberson, walked through the gates of Heaven on November 22, 2011. Age 53 years. She was born on June 27, 1958 in Saginaw, Michigan to Agnes and Frank Roberson.
She attended and graduated from Ruben Daniels Lifelong Learning Center in 1999. Dorothy loved life, enjoyed playing cards, and joking.
She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Sarah Lee Roberson; three sons, Eddie Lee Roberson, Marcus Marquel Roberson and Thomas Lee Roberson; two grandchildren, Miking Andrew Kelsey and Marquel Roberson; her mother, Agnes Roberson; two sisters, Ann Marie Roberson and Mary(Maurice) Anderson; one brother, Harold Hutchinson; two nieces, Kadeeja Bond and Darlene Roberson; five nephews, Derrick, Dequanta, Frank Roberson III, Devonta Cardwell, and Carmelo Anderson; two aunts, Josephine Tinsley and Barbara Berton; two uncles, Herbert (Alicia) Tinsley and James(Cleotha) Tinsley; many other friends and relatives including special friend, Joyce Kroger.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her father, Frank Roberson; brother, Frank Roberson Jr.; grandparents, Ida and Walter Tinsley; aunts, Fannie Mae Carpenter, Martha Stewart, and Elizabeth Young; uncles, Hubert, Haywood, and Walter Tinsley; special friends, James Henry Bland, Jimmy Parker, Curtis Farrow Sr., Alfonso Tinsley, and her card playing buddies.
