Edward Richardson "Hawk Man"

November 14, 1947 — November 9, 2017

Mr. Edward Timothy Richardson, Jr. “Hawk Man” went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab Center. Age 69 years. He was born November 14, 1947 in Saginaw, Michigan, to Edward Timothy Richardson and Marjorie Richardson.

Edward was a member of True Believers Outreach Ministry. He retired from General Motors (Chevrolet Grey Iron Foundry) and was a member of UAW Local 668. Mr. Richardson, a Vietnam Era Veteran, served with the United States Army March 7, 1967 thru February 23, 1969, received an Honorable Discharge upon completion of his military service. Edward loved to play sports, and to help people in any way he could. He will be missed by family and friends.

His memory will be cherished by one daughter, Veronica Ford; one son, Marcus Wheeler; his siblings, Raymond Richardson, Arthur Richardson, Ronald Richardson, Reller (James Bradley), Sheila Washington and Luree McKinney; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; a special son-in-law, Karl Ray, a/k/a Shadow.

Mr. Richardson was predeceased by his brother, Melvin Knootz; cousins, Annette Caldwell, Dawnae Hughey; Micheal Barker, Marjorie Barnes and Henry Baldwin; aunt, Everlee (Robert) Barker, Sr.
