Elijah Brown (Lansing)

Elijah Brown passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018 at his residence in Lansing, Michigan. Age 4 years. He was born August 13, 2013, the son of Donald Brown, Sr. and the late Tarsheikia Beasley in Lansing, Michigan.

Elijah was a sweet, loving child. Everyone knew him as a "mommas' boy". Most of the time you saw him he was with his mother. He loved playing outside with his Dad and going on long bike rides. They would sometimes ride from one side of town to the other on their bikes. When his dad would watch t.v. in the evenings, Elijah would be right there up under his Daddy. He also really loved play fighting with his older brothers. Elijah had a special love and relationship with his brother, Ónaje. He had a big, beautiful smile that would brighten up a rainy day. Elijah attended Reo Elementary School, which he loved. He was a wonderful little boy. God needed an unforgettable smile and joyful person in His House, and on June 7, 2018 He called upon Elijah. He will FOREVER be LOVED, CHERISHED and REMEMBERED.

Elijah leaves to cherish his memory his father, Donald Brown, Sr.; grandparents, Georgia Mae Madison, Winford and Dorothy Akins; five sisters, Desiree Jackson, Sharonda Jackson, Shawn Hicks, Oniya Akins and Davonna Akins; eight brothers, Donald Brown, Jr., Eddie Brown, Dominique Jackson, Allan Jackson, Mike Wallace, DáQuan Bowser, Davone Bowser and Ónaje Miller; eight nieces and nephews, DáQuan Bowser, Jr., Princess Bowser, Ésani Bowser, ZýOna Bowser, Zybrielle Bowser, Gabriel Bowser, Davone Browser, Jr. and Deadrick Bowser; seven aunts, Mary Martin, Lillie Bea McCoy, Victoria Brown, Shanetta Beasley, Andrea Akins, Allyssa Akins and Atteria Akins; five uncles, Roy C. Cleves, Jr., Curtis Miles, Freddie Miles, Danny Brown and Lenar Beasley, Sr.; many other aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Tarsheikia Beasley; grandfather, Roy C. Cleve, Sr.; great-grandparents, Jim and Jessie Collins; two aunts, Augustine and Angelia Beasley and his cousin, Michael Adams.
