Elizabeth Rembert (Lansing)

Ms. Elizabeth Rembert passed away Friday, August 4, 2023, at her residence in Lansing, Michigan. Age 54 years. She was born on April 8, 1969, in Demopolis, Alabama, the daughter of Mary Clay and Aaron Clay.

Elizabeth moved to Lansing, Michigan with her family and attended the Lansing School District for her education. She graduated from Beekman Center. Elizabeth enjoyed music and family gatherings. She especially loved it when her Aunt Pearl would come to visit her from Muskegon. Elizabeth really enjoyed birthday parties. She will be forever loved and missed by her family.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories, her parents, Mary Clay and Aaron Clay; brother, Aaron Clay, Jr.; niece, Rayonna Christian; nephew, Aaron Clay, III; many aunts including special Aunt Pearl; uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Loveless Rembert and Carrie Rembert; aunts, Gertrude Ellis, Velma Rembert-Walker, and Corrine Rembert; uncles, Joe Rembert, Robert Rembert, Jessie James, and Ben Burrell; cousins, Janice Ellis, Jessie Ellis, Dave Rembert, and DeMarcus Rembert.
