Mrs. Elvira Moore of Saginaw, Michigan. Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister and friend went home to be with the Lord Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Covenant Healthcare-Cooper. Age 66 years. She was born June 27, 1944 in Saginaw, Michigan to James and Geneva Harris.
Elvira enjoyed music and spending time with family and friends.
She leaves to cherish her memories six sons, Delbert (Natalie) Harris, John Moore, Keith Moore, Cliff (Derbrue) Moore, Albert (Anita) Moore, William Moore, all of Saginaw, MI; three daughters, Sleadia Sweeney, Felicia Moore, Marcella Moore, all of Saginaw, MI; twenty-five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lee Harris, Sr., Saginaw, MI, Willie T. Williams, Jackson, MI; four sisters, Marie Williams, Cathy Williams, Ella Mae Williams, Annie McGuire, all of Jackson, MI; many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Dante Loo, the entire staff of Saginaw Senior Care and Covenant Healthcare - Cooper Neuro/Trauma ICU who contributed to her care and comfort.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cliff Moore; parents, James and Geneva Harris; five brothers, Jessie Williams, Andrew Williams Sr. , Lewis D. Williams, James W. Williams, John Ray Ford; three sisters, Betty Fuller, Diane Faxton and Annie Keys.
