He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of thirty years, Carolyn Johnson; two daughters, Latina (Vel) Smith, Saginaw, Michigan, Latrise (Chris) Dyser, Midlothian, Texas; one son, Phil Ray Jr., Saginaw, Michigan; seven grandchildren, Jaida Smith, Tunisia Smith, Antrovel Smith Jr., Jonathan Ray, all of Saginaw, Michigan, Phil Ray III, Atlanta, Georgia, Ava and Ellis Dyser, Midlothian, Texas; one sister, Gloria Finch, Saginaw, Michigan; a host of brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
