Eveey Webb

October 28, 1941 — June 14, 2015

On Sunday, June 14, 2015 Mr. Eveey Webb answered the Lords call and entered the kingdom of Heaven at the age of 73 years. He was born October 28, 1941 in Sherrill, Arkansas, the son of Griffen and Carrie Webb.
Eveey relocated to Saginaw, Michigan in 1955. He was a graduate of Saginaw High School. Eveey retired from Saginaw Malleable Iron Plant after over 30 years of service and was also a member of UAW Local 455. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed basketball, baseball, bowling and coaching youth basketball teams. In his spare time, Eveey loved to play cards, dominoes and tell stories about his family legacy. He also enjoyed being a member of the Oasis Trucking Club. Gone but never forgotten, his presence will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He leaves to celebrate his legacy five sons, Darric, Dion, Demetrius, Dirrell and DaVarrio Webb; the mother of his children, Laura Webb; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Bernice Williams of Detroit, Michigan, Mary Lee Frazier and Eula Smith both of Saginaw, Michigan; many nieces, nephews and cousins; three sisters-in-law, Johnnie Mae Webb, Bertha Webb and Edna Webb; many other relatives and friends.
Eveey was preceded in death by his parents, Griffen and Carrie Webb, sisters, Mildred Reed, Lottie Etta Webb and Geraldine Webb, brothers, Griffen Webb Jr., James McCray, George, Melvin, Lewis and Milton Webb.
The family wishes to express special thanks to Clarence Frazier, Samuel Webb and Frank Webb.
