Mr. Frank Terry was called from his earthly home to his everlasting home on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the Hospice House of Mid-Michigan in Lansing, Michigan. He was 71 years of age. He was born April 19, 1950 to parents Moses and Doris Terry in Lansing, Michigan.
Frank was a lifelong resident of Lansing and attended Lansing Public Schools, graduating from Eastern High School. Frank was raised in a loving Christian home that served faithfully under the leadership of Superintendent Perry Robinson at St. Paul Church of God in Christ, now known as Robinson Memorial Church of God in Christ. Franks occupational career included employment at the Oldsmobile Plant and the Lansing Highway Department. He was self-taught at everything in life. He was caring, kind, and willing to help others when every possible.
Frank leaves to cherish his memory three daughters, Tracy Carter (Stacey), Tanya Terry-Lampkin, LaFaye Watkins-Porter; 10 grandchildren, and multiple great-grandchildren; brothers, Danny, Howard, Gregory (Janice), Donald, Timothy; sisters, Mozella, Annette Waller (Andy), Noami, and Angela; one aunt, Sarah; many other relatives and friends, including many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Laureatha; his parents; grandson, Zachery; sisters, Geraldine, Margaret; brothers, Douglas, Moses, Jr., Steven, Larry, and Jerry.
