Mr. Fred E. Thomas passed away Monday, July 21, 2014 at his residence in Saginaw, Michigan. Age 63 years. He was born September 22, 1950 to Josh and Hattie Thomas in Saginaw, Michigan. He was a man who was well respected and loved. As a resident of Saginaw, Michigan, Mr. Thomas was, as he would say, a jack of all trades but a master of none. Fred was Mr. Fix It by day and an active roller skater by night. He made sure there was a project to be tackled. Mr. Thomas was a retired veteran of the U.S. Army.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Shirley J. (Holman) Thomas, of Saginaw, Michigan; two daughters and four sons, Willie L. Holman, Orlando, Florida, Tarra S. Holman, Indianapolis, Indiana, Fred E. Bothuel, Saginaw, Michigan, Alfrado L. T. Buckley, Atlanta, Georgia, Freddel J. Thomas, Saginaw, Michigan, Cher-Ron U. Thomas, Saginaw, Michigan; one grandson, Torion Rashad Tucker Buckley, Las Vegas, Nevada; nine sisters, five brothers, many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Josh and Hattie Thomas, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Garver and Canary Holman.
