Genevieve Wilburn

Genevieve Garcia Wilburn, age 61, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 9, 2019. She was born in Saginaw, Michigan on January 3, 1958 to Paz and Guadalupe Garcia.

Genevieve was born and raised in Saginaw and lived here the entirety of her life. She was a faithful member of Old Town Christian Outreach Center. She was employed at the United States Postal Service for many years as a supervisor before retiring.

Genevieve had a very kind heart and soul. She helped any and everyone who needed it. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing, bingo and her dog Nala. She loved her family fiercely and her love and presence will truly be missed.

Genevieve was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Wilburn; parents, Paz and Guadalupe Garcia; two brothers, Joseph, Pete Garcia; sister, Marie Flores.

She leaves precious memories with her two children, Jerry (Sarah) Earl, Rocquell (Sam Reif) Earl; grandchildren, Gabriell Earl, Sommer Reif, Sidney Reif, Isabella Earl, Jerry Earl, Jr., Samuel Reif III, Shelby Reif, Izayah Earl, Izaac Earl; great-grandson, whom she cherished deeply, Kayden Bryce; sister, Dorinda (David) Warren; brother, Ricardo (Caroline) Garcia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
