Mr. Harvey Moore, our beloved brother, father, uncle, grandfather and friend, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at Magnumcare at the age of 73 years. He was born April 3, 1941 in Goodman, Mississippi to the late Robert Moore Sr. and Katie Mae Moore-Caesar.
Harvey enjoyed fishing, cooking, sports and gardening. He was employed at the Chevrolet Grey Iron Foundry until he became disabled.
Harvey leaves to cherish his memories, one son, Bruce Foxx; one granddaughter, Darbee Pass; seven sisters, Lennie Moon, Dorothy Hutchings, Linda (Daryl) Payne, Rose (David) Wells, Lola Moore, Vernita (Tad) Altekruse and Bonnye Vangenuchten; six brothers, Minister Robert (Clementine) Moore Jr., Freddie (Lillie) Moore, Rosevelt Moore, Herbert (Angie) Moore, Hugh Moore , John (Florine) Moore; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Moore Sr. and Katie Mae Moore-Caesar; two sisters, Annie L. Bell and Thelma L. Morgan.
