Mr. Hilton Yarn passed away on Monday, July 11, 2016 at his residence. Age 90 years. He was born January 16, 1926 in Colquitt, Georgia to Pete and Colinda Yarn.
Mr. Yarn was a 1986 retiree of Saginaw Public Schools where he was employed in the Maintenance Department. He was a former member of Coleman Temple Church of God in Christ under leadership of the late Superintendent H. J. Coleman, Sr. Mr. Yarn loved traveling and fishing.
He leaves to cherish loving memories, his wife, Pearl Lena Yarn; one daughter, Kimberly (James) Mitchell; seven sons, Nadef Ali, Michael Yarn, Christopher (Shandaleer) Yarn, Kareem Yarn, Timmy Yarn, Philip Yarn and Randy Yarn; six grandchildren, Neverland, Namine, Dre, Aundre, Anthony Yarn and Tawaina Houston; two nephews, Joey and Jerome Yarn; mother-in-law, Rebecca Robinson; many other relatives and friends including Aizlee Haywood and family; Francis Yarn, Kenneth Yarn, Lakeshal Stacy, Joe Jr., Carolyn Yarn, Andrel Marquay and Michael Yarn.
Mr. Yarn was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Colinda Yarn; a daughter, Victoria Yarn; sisters, Pauline Yarn and Francis Jones; niece, Vanessa Yarn; three brothers, Joseph, Raymond and Pete Yarn, Jr.
