Mr. Jamar Virgil Donzel Williams passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023, in Saginaw, Michigan. Age 43 years. He was born July 3, 1979, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Lorrie and Beth Ann Williams.
Jamar attended Saginaw Public Schools and was a member of First Baptist Church. He was a very kindhearted person who loved being with family. Jamar also enjoyed walking, listening to music, singing, watching TV, playing cards with his brother John, and drinking coffee with his dad. He was happy and cheerful and loved playing with the kids.
Jamar leaves to cherish his memory one son Javontae Williams; father, Lorrie Williams; four sisters, Jon’Toya Williams (Torio), Jomeisha (Javid) Gochett-Woodson, Canjalett (Eddie) Mays, Melaney Wilmont; eight brothers, Juston Greenman, Jamel Williams (Nikia Butterfield), Omar and Zulilah Nelson, Demarcus Nelson, Army Brown, John Harris, and Adam Clemons; fourteen nieces, Juannina, Jay’Taeya, Diamondique, Justus, Jon’Nesha, Bennina, Rashonda, Emonie, Embrlee, J'Airrah, JaVaye, Starneice, Jazell, and Markasia; eleven nephews, Jermaine, Jason, Jamel, Jay’len, Jon’Tay, Juston Jr., Damariyon, Javir, Amir, RaSean and Keymonie; three aunts, Mary Owens, Nellie Orange, and Lucile Batise; one uncle, Benjamin Williams Jr.; a host of cousins; many other relatives and friends including special friends, Lilian Johnson, Daniel, Toniece Richardson, Marcus Williams, Tameka Bridgeforth, and Taquana Franklin.
Jamar was preceded in death by his mother, Beth Ann Williams; grandfather, Benjamin Williams; grandmothers, Eloise Greenman, and Bettie May Washington; aunts, Rose Williams, Nellie McNair, and Joann Banks; uncles, James Otis Washington, Melvin Williams, and James Banks
