James Malone (Lansing)

James Jerry Malone passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at Aria Nursing & Rehab in Lansing, Michigan. Age 72 years. He was born April 6, 1945 to James and Jessie Malone in Greenfield, Tennessee.

Jerry was a resident of Lansing, Michigan. He was an Army Veteran. He loved to joke and have fun. His family will miss him very much.

He leaves to cherish his memory his 3 children, Crystal Malone, Brittany Malone and C. J. (D’Tara) Malone; 5 grandchildren, Javion, Aniyah, Josiah, Christopher and Bryce Malone; 2 sisters, Jean Jones, Elgin, Illinois and Ann Bridgeman, Lansing, Michigan; brother, Larry Malone, Plano, Illinois; 10 nieces, Katrina Malone, Lynda Hall, Brenda Malone, Tabbitha Bridgeman, Diane Bridgeman, Martha Farris, Helen Farris, Karen Malone, Theresa McElarth and Xaveria Gipson; 6 nephews, Jerry Wayne Malone, Ellis Farris, Terry Farris, Brian Malone, Michael Malone and Anthony Malone; aunt, Annie Lois Allen; many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Jessie Malone; brother Harry Malone; grandparents, William and Minnie Armstrong and Hadd and Dovie Malone.
