Jasmine was a fun, and loving person who was always the life of the party. She loved children and spoke of wanting a family of her own someday. Jasmine loved fashion, music, her family and doing hair. She was Catholic and loved going to church with her friends. She felt happy getting a positive Word from the Lord. Jasmine was a beautiful woman who loved beautiful things. She leaves to cherish her memory step father, Sonny Spiller; three sisters, Dezeri and Aqua Smith, and Talisa Evans; four brothers Valaquis Smith, Brandon, her twin Valente Evans and Reginald Spiller; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; two sisters-in-law, Ebony Davis and Shannon Bean; two brothers-in-law Derico Sanders and Anthony Richardson; many other relatives and friends including special aunts Bettie Wanye, Dotrisa, Lorraine, and Valerie Smith, Martina, Tracy, Dana Franklin and Cherise Ransom.
Jasmine was preceded in death by her parents Edward Evans and Regina Smith, and her grandmother Esther B. Smith.
