Jason Jesse Gallegos (Lansing)

Mr. Jason Jesse Gallegos passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2020 in Lansing, Michigan. Age 37 years. He was the son of Jesse Gallegos and Maria Maldonado; born in Lansing, Michigan on August 5, 1983.

Jason was a lifelong resident of Lansing where he attended Waverly High School. He enjoyed researching knives and guns, so much so that he was a frequent attendee of knife and gun shows. Jason’s family was important to him and he loved spending time with them especially his nephew, Antonio.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Maria; 3 sisters, Mary, Margo and Elsa; 6 brothers, Paul (Marianna), Jesse, Art, Mike (Jenny), Gilbert and David; 5 nieces, Lindsey, Elysia, Bianca, Monique, Amelia, and great-niece, Marilyn; 9 nephews, Antonio, Emilio, Frankie, Elliot Jr., Gabriel, Jacob, Josh, Caleb and EJ; aunt, Lucy; aunt, Soledad; 6 uncles, Victor, Joe, Eddie, Tony, Art and Roberto; several cousins, other relatives including honorary siblings, Danny (Veronica), Ernesto (Nancy) Alicia, Joey (Sheri) and Chrissy and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse; grandmother, Alvira; brother, Robert; aunt, Josephina; 2 uncles, Frank and Jesse; and cousin, Johnny Ray.
