Jerry Gary (Lansing)

Mr. Jerry Ellis Gary passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024, in East Lansing, Michigan. Age 61 years. He was born on June 26, 1962, in South Carolina.

Jerry worked at the Country Club, Denny’s as a dishwasher. His hobbies were fishing, working on cars, riding his bike, and making everyone laugh.

He leaves to cherish his memories his son, Jerry Simon Gary; stepdaughter, Katherine Payne; grandchildren, Jay ‘Twon Gary of Jackson, Michigan, Marcus Green of Memphis, Tennessee, Serenity Gary of Lansing, Michigan, David Gary of Lansing, Michigan and Mikayla Sharp of Jackson, Michigan; brother, Randy Gary; sister-in-law, Gloria Payne; brother-in-law, Uli Payne; many other relatives and friends including Diane Smith, his ex-wife and mother of his son.

He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Bianica Gary.
