Joanne Large of Lansing, Michigan passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at her residence. Age 58 years. She was born August 20, 1955 in Lansing, Michigan to Billy and Sara Harper.
Joanne was a lifelong resident of Lansing, Michigan. She was a devout Christian woman who loved the Lord. Joanne held positions in office management and banking. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, baseball, computers, cooking and making jewelry. Joanne was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was kind, loving, generous, funny and beautiful inside and out. Her wonderful presence will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory her husband, Bruce Large; one daughter, Mindy Large; one grandson, Blake Large; one sister, Carol Harper; one brother, Michael R. Harper; two nieces, Carrie Noonan Street and Erin Noonan; one sister-in-law, Linda (Dave) Schepis; many other relatives and friends.
Joanne was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Sara Harper.
