Our beloved father, son and brother, Johnnie Lee Ashford left this life on October 26, 2013. He was born May 15, 1949 in Vancleave, Mississippi to Essie Mae and Johnny B. Ashford.
Johnnie enjoyed fishing and listening to music. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. His presence will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Jennifer and Kwanna, both of Biloxi, Mississippi; two sons, Johnnie Lee Jr. and Troy Barnett, both of Cleveland, Ohio; several grandchildren; nine sisters, Eunice, Mary, Barbara, Bunnie, Judy, Earlene, Frances, Jennifer and Katrina; seven brothers, Charles, Willie, Daniel, Terry, Calvin, Aaron and Adrian; many other relatives and friends.
Johnnie was preceded in death by his mother, Essie Mae Ashland; his wife, Shirley Ann; two brothers, Rocky and Richard; one sister, Shelly Ashford.
