Joseph Low

Brother Joseph Low, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and uncle went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Covenant Healthcare-Cooper. Age 83 years.

He was born February 10, 1932 to Beatrice Scott and Daniel Low in Sulphur Springs, Mississippi. Joseph was employed by General Motors for 25 years and was a member of UAW Local 659. He was a faithful member of Agape Faith Fellowship Church. He loved God and his church. Joseph enjoyed working around his home, antique cars and planes. He also enjoyed family fellowship, outings and traveling with his wife. It was a joy pleasing her. Joseph will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wonderful wife of five years Henrietta; three daughters, Sherry (Clint) Johnson of Brazoria, Texas, Martha (Robert) Lee and Jeannie (Jarret) Williams all of Freeport,Texas; ten step-children, Lillian Guillory, Jacqueline (Jimmie) Bentley of Saginaw, Michigan, Alvin (Bethany) Blackwell, Cedrick (Yvonne) Blackwell of Grand Rapids, Michigan; Ronnie (Theresa) Blackwell of Atlanta, Georgia, Jacques Blackwell, Gaylord Blackwell, Wanda Blackwell, Randy Blackwell all of Saginaw, Michigan, and Johnny Blackwell of Stone Mountain, Georgia; one sister, Willie B. Relerford of Flint, Michigan; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lewis (Patricia) McCrainey of Memphis, Tennessee, Arlene (Ronnie) Inmon of West Memphis, Arkansas, Charles Edward Jackson of Racine, Wisconsin and John L. Jackson of San Diego, California; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and close friends including Theodore Watson and Billy Ward of Flint, Michigan, and his Agape Faith Fellowship church family.

Joseph was predeceased by one daughter, Mary Atlean Lee, son, Patrick Lee, brother-in-law, Eli Relerford and his previous wife, Ethel Mae Low.
