Josephine "Josie" Rodriguez (Lansing)

Miss Josephine Dolores Rodriguez, known to most as “Josie” became an angel in Heaven on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the tender age of 27. She was born August 20, 1991.

Josie was so many things to all who loved her; smart, loving, charismatic, witty, vivacious, and beautiful. But most of all she was known for having a heart of GOLD! Josie was a hard worker and maintained two jobs. She was employed by JWR Health Service as a homecare provider and Case Credit Union until her untimely death. One of Josie’s proudest career accomplishments in her fourteen-months of employment at Case Credit Union was achieving a promotion from bank teller to resolution specialist within a six month period.

She leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Violet Garza and Edward (Amanda) Rodriguez; siblings, Valerie, Analicia, Edward (Rebecca) Rodriguez, Jr.; grandmother, Janet Sutphin; nephews, Angelo Rodriguez and Miguel Wallace; niece, Ernysia Rodriguez, and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, and many close family members and friends.
