Josephine Wright

Josephine Wright passed away on December 22, 2009. Age 79 years. She was born on July 15, 1930 to the union of the late Willie Dude McCulloh and the late Willie Byrd W. McCulloh in Lee County, Alabama.
She accepted Christ early in her life in Alabama. She came to Saginaw in 1952, where she met and married Maddie Wright on August 21, 1954. He preceded her in death on February 12, 1975.
She made her living working for Saginaw County Hospital, where she retired in 1994 after 30 years of service.
She leaves to cherish her memory one sister, Willie B. Reese of Saginaw, MI; one great aunt, Lucille Cochran of Phoenix, AZ; nineteen nieces and nephews; a host of great nieces and nephews, other relatives and special people that God put in her life including a chosen son, Pastor Artis (Gloria) Thompson; three special God given daughters, Dorothy Culpepper, Mary Winston and Gladis Gaines; three Goddaughters, Cookie Winston, Taquitta Townsend and Erica Seervers; two God given grandsons, Stan (CeCe) Jones and Carl of Saginaw, MI; a special niece Cresha (Robert) Foot of Saginaw, MI; a special child (Baby), Omie Smith; her entire Faith Charity family; and a very special niece who loved her Nell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Dude McCulloh and Willie Byrd W. McCulloh and three brothers, Ray McCulloh, Oliver McCulloh and Johnny McCulloh.
