Josh Wilson

Our Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather went home to be
with the Lord on Wednesday, February 23, 2010 after a lengthy illness at the age of 73. Josh was born December 28,, 1936 in Doddsville, MS, the eldest son of the late Horace and Henretta Wilson, Jr.
Josh worked as a coremaker for General Motors retiring after 30 years of service and was a member of the UAW Local 668. He then spent all of his free time doing what he loved, working on cars, fishing and spoiling his grandchildren.
His memory will be cherished by his wife of 36 years, Johnetta and his children Paula, Terra, Cedric (Shonda), Richard (Lydia), Bonnie, George Lee, Ruby, DeWuan, Heather, Horace and Patricia (Tab), Honorary daughter and son Michelle Fisher,Todd Underwood; 30 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; six sisters, Minnie Pearl, Margree (Charles), Dora Lee, Catherine, Beverly and Earlena; four brothers, Eddie, Perry, Terry and Kenneth.. His God-children Kelvyren McCaskey, Ayana Manuel, Jermaine Burns, Arrick Washington, Derrick Greene, Armontay Bullock, Brittany Nellums, KJ Brooks, Tyler Drain, Marion Murphy, Jada Clemmons, Demareon Hibler and Arquavius Williams; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends; a special acknowledgement to Mr. Sam Red Jamerson, Mr. Sam Woodhouse, Mr. & Mrs. John Jackson and the Grayson-Williams Family; special thanks to Dr. Singh and Covenant Wound Clinic.
Josh was predeceased in death by one sister Dorothy Tinsley and one brother Willie Lee Wilson.
