Ms. Julia C. Anderson passed away Monday, October 5, 2015 at Covenant Healthcare-Harrison. Age 63 years. She was born March 11, 1952 in Saginaw, Michigan to James and Bessie Anderson.
Julia attended Saginaw Public Schools and was a graduate of Saginaw High School, Class of 1970. She was a member of Harris Memorial Church of God in Christ under leadership of Elder Courtney Avery. Julia was employed at Covenant Hospital as a cashier until she became disabled and could no longer work. She enjoyed completing puzzles, sewing and babysitting children, especially her nieces and nephews. Julia will be truly missed by family and friends who loved her dearly.
She leaves to cherish her memory one sister, JoAnn Anderson, step-mother, Geraldine Anderson, many nieces and nephews including a special niece, Tina Anderson, and two special great-nephews, Ahmir and Aiden; she also leaves many cousins, two sisters-in-law, Darlene Anderson and Opal Anderson, and a special friend, Gwen.
Julia was preceded in death by her mother and father, James and Bessie Anderson, one sister, Sylvia Anderson, grandmother, Estella Pearson, four brothers, James, David and William Anderson, and Otha Myles.
The family would like to express special thanks to the ER staff at Covenant Healthcare-Cooper, and the nurses on the 7th floor at Covenant Harrison.
