It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unfortunate passing of Julie Gibbs, who departed from this world on Sunday, March 10, 2024, in Lansing, Michigan. Julie was a beloved mother, sister, and friend, and her absence leaves a hole in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Julie was born on March 6th, 1969, in Pontiac, Michigan. At an early age she moved to Lansing with her family. She spent her childhood surrounded by a close-knit community. She was the eldest of three siblings and took on the role of caretaker and protector from a young age. She was a natural caregiver, always looking out for those around her and willing to lend a helping hand whenever it was needed.

Julie was known for her kind and compassionate nature, her infectious laughter, and her unwavering strength in the face of adversity. She had a way of making everyone around her feel special and loved, and her presence brought light and joy to any room she entered. Julie had a massive collection of dragons, Buddha and antiques. Julie had a passion for pets and was often known to feed outdoor strays.

Julie is survived by her children, pets, siblings, and a large extended family. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and compassion that will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Julie Gibbs will be deeply missed, but her memory will continue to inspire and uplift those who were lucky enough to have been touched by her presence. May she rest in peace, knowing that she was loved beyond measure and that her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
