Again the Lord has found it necessary to call home another one of his children, the very Kara JeNeen Lee. Our beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, friend passed away suddenly on March 30, 2012 at the age of 37 years as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident.
Kara was a kind, gentle soul who always forgave others. Her spirit will live in us all. Kara was a member of Bethlehem Temple Church under the tenure of Pastor Butler.
She leaves to cherish her memory significant other, Michael Boyd; four children, Kiya, Michael Jr., Latoya, and Joy; parents, Gloria Wilson and Davis Lee; sisters, Leslie Thomas (Eddie Rogers) , Chantel Brown, and honorary sister,
Earnestine (Michael) Sangster; three nephews, Lance Wilson, Mark A.J. Thomas, and Obie Wilson II; step daughter, Monique Mitchell (Savian, ALeigha),
Lawrence family (Margaret, Sophia, Stephanie); aunts and uncles, Mary Washington, Priscilla (Percy) Curry, Lois Washington, Debra McKenzie, Lugene Washington, Jerry Washington, Obie Washington Jr., Mary (Hubert) Bond, Doyse (Shirley) Lee, Joyce Lee, Vickie (Rickie) Lee, Frederick Lee; significant others family, Mildred (Joe) Gipson, Linda Hudspeth, Brenda (Billy) Boyd, Pamela (Mosby) Clark, Juanita Boyd, Jerry Boyd; special cousins, Rhonda Washington and Anna L. Lee (ReRe); close friends, Pat Jones and Shawn Curry; many other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Benjamin and Anna Lee, Gertis and Obie Washington; brothers, Obie Wilson and Davis Lee Jr.; niece, Marlese Thomas, uncle, Benjamin Lee Jr.; godfather, Charles Lawrence; significant others family, Jeanette, Diane, Ruth and Hamp Boyd.
.One short sleep pass; we wake eternally death shall be no more.
