Karen Hall (Lansing)

Ms. Karen Hall passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. Age 57 years. She was born May 11, 1961 in Lansing, Michigan to parents, the late Florence Hall and William Roper.

Karen, better known as “Koosi MaMa” was a well-known person in Lansing, Michigan. If you met her, you all know when you are done, you walked away laughing at all times. You would never know what she would say at any given moment. Karen was quick to tell you “She’s a small piece of leather well put together.”

She leaves to cherish her memory 2 sisters, Creshia Diane Outlaw and Deborah Hall; 2 brothers, William (Billie) Hall and Charles Vaden; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends including some of her closest friends, Evelyn Bullock, Robin Gallon and special friend, RoShonda “Shonda” Johnson.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents, aunt, Louise Jackson and grandparents, Orean and Roy Outlaw.
