Kelly Schumann

Our loving mother, grandmother and wife, Mrs. Kelly Marie Schumann peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at the age of 52 years. She was born August 20, 1962 in Saginaw, Michigan to Richard and Judith Elmer.
Kelly was a lifelong resident of Saginaw, Michigan. On April 17, 1991 she joined Mr. Fred Joseph Schumann in holy matrimony. He survives her. Kelly loved spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time she enjoyed planting flowers, sewing, cooking and listening to music. Gone too soon but never forgotten, her wonderful presence will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Fred Joseph Schumann; three daughters, Ondrea (Dion) Ocampo, Jessica (Rick) Burnias and Macayla Schumann; one son, Fred Schumann; grandchildren, Dion, Christian, Caylin, Ricardo III, Mia, Ziza, Star, Myles, Fred III, Aliyah, and Alenah; her parents, Richard Elmer and Judith Buck; grandmother, Ruth McNichol; five aunts and two uncles; mother-in-law, Lois Barckholtz; three sisters-in-law, Kathy Schumann-Dolson, Bonnie Schumann-Schultz and Eleanor Needham; one brother-in-law, Michael Schumann; many other relatives and friends including her special friends, Bonnie Watters, Penny Ronan, Pam Schanck, Maria Vallegos, Brenda Price, Debbie Inklam, Susie DeLavern, and Laura Raese.
Kelly was preceded in death by her son, Ruben Ocampo Jr., stepfather, John Buck, grandfather, Dave McNichol, two fathers-in-law, Bernie Schumann and Don Barckholtz.
The family would like to express special thanks to the Ramos family, Bonnie and Robert Watters and everyone who has offered love, support, prayers and condolences.
