Kenneth Mcduffey (Lansing)

Mr. Kenneth McDuffey passed away Monday, February 12, 2024, in Lansing, Michigan, at the age of 65 years old. He was born Tuesday, October 14, 1958, in Jackson, Michigan, the son of Ralph Edward and Evonne Vernetta McDuffey.

Kenny enjoyed riding his bike and playing softball. He worked at Meijer for many years before focusing full-time on his cleaning company. He loved music and was a DJ for Lansing Community College’s radio station WLAN. Kenny was active in several MS (Multiple Sclerosis) support groups.

He leaves to cherish his memory son, Nathan Christle; 5 sisters, Sandra McDuffey, Valorie Lyles, Cynthia McDuffey, Karen Williams, and Janet McDuffey; 3 brothers, Rodney (Anna) McDuffey, Christopher (Kathy) McDuffey, and Derrick (Denise) McDuffey; 6 nieces, Nicole (Mike) Droste, Adia Walker, Angela McDuffey, Margaret-Evonne McDuffey, Jaila Williams, and Kaila Williams; 14 nephews, James Brown III, Marcus (Connie) McDuffey, Joseph Hester, Jordan (MariJo) Spearmon, Andre (Tori) McDuffey, Dominique McDuffey, Matthew (Brianna) McDuffey, Rodney Badon Jr., Jacob McDuffey, Chris McDuffey Jr., Carlton McDuffey, Rodricus (Demetria) McDuffey, Jordan (Abby) McDuffey and Diamenn McDuffey; many cousins, other relatives including special great nieces, Nalyssa McDuffey and Nia McDuffey, and friends including special friend, Laurie.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Edward McDuffey (1986) and mother, Evonne Vernetta McDuffey (2012).
