Mr. Kenny Wilson went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at St. Marys of Michigan Medical Center. Age 58 years. He was born December 10, 1955 in Calhoun City, Mississippi to Archie and Mae Wilson.
At a young age, Kenny relocated with his family to Saginaw, Michigan where he accepted Christ as his personal Savior. He attended Buena Vista Schools and was a 1975 graduate of Buena Vista High School. Kenny was self-employed and enjoyed his work. Kenny was an avid sports fan. He loved watching movies, especially westerns and he always enjoyed a good conversation. His presence will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Kenny of Saginaw, Michigan, Brian and Kaneshia, both of Cincinnati, Ohio, Torie of Kansas City, Missouri and Derrick of Youngstown, Ohio; nine grandchildren; his parents, Archie and Mae Wilson; six brothers, McNally, Maxie and Kevin, all of Saginaw, Michigan, Ray of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Calvin of Houston, Texas and Barnard of Rockford, Illinois; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family wishes to express special thanks to all the caregivers at St. Marys of Michigan Medical Center and Hospice for their exceptional care and support of our loved one. The family would like to give a special acknowledgement to Reverend Kerry and Mrs. Ann Williams, close family friend Will Morris and special friend Vivian Blacksher for all the support shown to us during our time of bereavement.
