Ms. Kiawani Lashea Williams, "Cake" passed Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Sparrow Health Systems, Sparrow Campus, Lansing, Michigan. Age 42 years.
As a young girl, Cake has learned about our Father God and his son, Jesus Christ. She recently joined Christ’s Kingdom Builders Church. Cake attended school in Saginaw, Michigan. However, she completed a couple trade courses in Lansing, Michigan. When entering the work field, there were many occupations as a health care provider, warehouses, security, and janitorial. The most important to Cake was her children, which she lived and breathed! This beauty adored her family and friends as well. Spending time with them was a complete joy. Cake was nothing short of selfless and such a giving person! Her heart was amazingly huge, as she would help anyone in any way she could. Not only would she assist you with needs, but Cake would also randomly bless others with gifts. If she wasn’t on the phone or video call with someone, she would be making reels of TikTok videos. Another passion Cake enjoyed was cooking while listening to music. Going on walks, watching scary movies, and going to the hothouse were some of the many things she was enthused to do in her spare time. In addition, going golfing with Bee was enjoyable for Cake as well.
Cake is survived by her son, Alim Muhammad II; mother, Evangelist Delores Kelly; sisters, Valerie Smith, Shanita Johnson, Catherine Johnson, Gloria Kidd, Ersular Green, Lavern Cowan, and Cora Morris; brothers, Cedrick Williams, Jeremiah Williams, Adam Dorman, Shelton Hopkins, and Freddick Baston, Jr; nieces, Sawanda Porter, Sawisha Porter, and many more; nephew, Nathan Shelton and more; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; God son, Edward Bell; and very special friend, Brian Cannon.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Valencia Williams; son, Nazir Jaleel Williams Muhammad; father, Jimmy Johnson; grandparents, Claudie & Dovie Williams; many aunts and uncles; cousins and cousin/son, Makhi Williams.
