Mr. Kinnie F. Falls “Lil Will” passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at his residence. Age 53 years. He was born on July 17, 1964 in Saginaw, Michigan to Kinnie L. and Eula M. Falls.

Lil Will was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan and attended Saginaw Public Schools including Saginaw High School. He was self-employed and gifted to do light construction since the beginning of his adult life. Lil Will enjoyed fishing, playing dominoes, and spending time with family and friends. As a believing man, he loved helping people whether it was fixing items, giving advice or sharing God who directed his life.

Kinnie leaves to cherish his memory his former wife, Terry Falls, Saginaw, Michigan; two daughters, DeShonda Falls and Tiffany Falls; son, Delvonn Skinner, Sr.; eight grandchildren, Jordyn Skinner, Delvonn Skinner, Jr., Devin Skinner, Tamari Skinner, Amari Babers, La’Darrius Ford, Isaac Rosas; special grandson Jamarr Dontae Bates, Jr., four sisters, Whitney Jones, Shaunter Ezell, Sharon Anderson, all of Saginaw, Michigan, and Leslye Govan, Flint, Michigan; one brother, Venice U. Falls, Worchester, Massachusetts; four aunts, Johnnie Gilyard, “Chi Chi”, Walterine Bell, Mary Stacy; four uncles, Kris Falls, Roosevelt Bell, Tyronne Vaughns, Bobby Vann; a host of cousins; one sister-in-law, Dorothy Butler; one brother-in-law, Willie “Bud” Butler; many other relatives and friends including special friends, JoAnne, Mrs. Jones, Cathy, Bob, Chris, Algeray, “Bay Bay”, Paul, Darryl, Sr., Lavell, Marcus, J.B., A.D., Garlan, Jermaine, David, Tyrone, Eulishes, “Jim Bo”, the Wallace Family, and Chris T.

Kinnie was preceded in death by his parents, Kinnie L. and Eula M. Falls; grandmother, Carrie Bell; great-grandparents, George and Carrie Falls; two aunts, Bonnie Jackson, Shelia Collins; three cousins, Tammy Cannon, Christell Hardy, and Julius Hardy.

The family expresses special thanks to Rachel Martinez, Pastor Louis Owens, First Lady Phyllis Owens and Grace COGIC church family; Ivan E. Phillips, Randy Jackson and the staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel.
