Ms. Kyrah Dyane Finley "aka Joseph Dwayne Finley" passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at Covenant HealthCare-Harrison in Saginaw, Michigan. She was born on July 5, 1978 in Saginaw, Michigan to Carolyn Brown and Ramzey Nathaniel Tinnon.
Kyrah was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan, and a graduate of Saginaw High School. She studied Music Education/Music Performance at Eastern Michigan University. Kyrah was a member of the Spiritual Israel Church and its Army. She later moved to Georgia where she worked as an entertainer at LeBuzz Archives, then on to the Woodruff Arts Center as a Production Manager/Banquet Chef. Kryah’s final employment position was Manager/Chef at Mid-Town Moon in Atlanta, Georgia. She was a free spirit. Kyrah loved to sing, dance, and sew. Her special hobby was making angels. Kyrah’s favorite quote was “If you always do what you always did, you always get what you always got”.
She leaves to cherish loving memories her son, Ryanair Nasir Omar Hunter and his mother, Kyrah’s special friend, Robin Hunter; New Jersey; parents, Carolyn Brown (Huey) Wright), four sisters, Stephanie (Ricky) Terrell, Teresa Finley (Brian Currin), all of Saginaw, MI, Neasia Mallon and Myah Rose Monroe, both of Atlanta, GA; god-sister, Kamilah Davis-Wilson, Michigan; two brothers, Jimmie Finley (Patricia Alexander) Jacksonville, FL, Christopher (Valery) Finley, Shreveport, LA; five nieces, Destiny Bodiford, Saginaw, MI, Unisha King, Grand Rapids, MI, Lashay Finley, Yiahanny Drain, Jacksonville, FL and Tristian Panucci, Atlanta, GA, Trinity Finley, Shreveport, LA; nephews, Terry Reed, III, Saginaw, MI, Jimmion Finley, Louisiana, Brian Willis, Atlanta, GA; aunt, Christella K. Brown, Saginaw, Michigan and great-aunt, Diane McDowell; uncles, Willie V. Parker, III and Aldoray Finley; cousins, Adrian Terry, Michelle (Derrick) Pierce, Sallivia (Brandon) Browder, Lawrence Easter, Jr., Seddrick Brown, Sr., Marvin Dempsey, and Kory Robinson, all of Saginaw, MI; many nieces, nephews, and special friends whom she held close including her bestie, Rashida Davis, and her Atlanta, Georgia family.
Kyrah was preceded in death by her grandmother, Earnestine Finley, aunt, Cathy Brown, father, Ramzey Tinnon, and grandfather, J.D. Shipman.
