Lagina Mae Mcguire (Lansing)

LaGina Mae McGuire of Lansing, Michigan passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the age of 48 years. She was born on February 25, 1967 in Jackson, Michigan, the daughter of Juanita Daniel and the late B.L. Adams.
She was a graduate of J.W. Sexton High School and had attended Lansing Community College.Gina was a very kind and gentle soul; she had a loving and generous heart and was always giving to others, her door was never locked. She enjoyed cooking and feeding people and taking care of her children. She had the best sense of humor. She loved to laugh and celebrate life. LaGina had a heart of gold. Family and friends were Ginas passion and delight. She adored her mother more than anything else in the world and had a spirit as bright as the sun. She modeled after graduating from high school and loved it but once she gave birth she became a dedicated Mother.
Gina leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Tomanay and Tomonie Moore; one son, LaMickell McGuire, all of Lansing, Michigan; one grandson, Rockell Matthew McGuire of Atlanta, Georgia; mother; Juanita Daniel; six sisters, Lisa McGuire of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Effie Yentzer, Julia and Cynthia Daniel all of Lansing, Michigan, Irene Adams of Taylor, Michigan, Deborah Morrissette of Detroit, Michigan; two brothers, Alfred McGuire of Lansing, Michigan and Robert Anderson of Adrian, Michigan; Grandmother, Eddie McGuire, aunts, Ruth, Gennie Mae and Ola Mae; uncle, Charles McGuire; many nieces and nephews, special friends, Darla, Synetta, Deneen, Wrenetha and Darleen and a huge melting pot of friends.
LaGina was preceded in death by her father, B.L. Adams, grandfathers,Horton McGuire and Price Adams, grandmother, Irene Adams, great-grandmother, Josephine Bennett Conner and nephew, Jayln Daniel.
