Lamar Alan Davis

Lamar Alan Davis departed this earth on Sunday, August 28, 2022, at the age of 18 years. He was born on November 5, 2003, in Saginaw, Michigan to Danielle L. and the late Gary V. Davis, Sr.

Lamar was the second child of two (2) children. He attended Midland High School, in Midland, Michigan.

Davis, II; step-brothers: Wesley Gaines, San Antonio, Texas, Aramis Davis, Chula Vista, California; step-sisters: Cierra Farmer, Bay City, Michigan; Andrea (Jason) Petty, Finesse Davis, and Kires Davis, Chula Vista, California; aunts and uncles: Tony (Jarita) Davis, Pasadena, California; Angela Davis, Grand Rapids, Michigan; Oregon Davis, Saginaw, Michigan; Reggie (Tenisha) Davis, Grand Rapids, Michigan; Hiawatha (Tracie) Smith, Shawatha Smith, Christopher Lawrence, Saginaw, Michigan; Demica Smith, Tyler, Texas; cousins: Delonna Davis and second cousin, Carmen Davis, Charquia Stephenson, Taquisha Davis, Hiawatha Smith, III, Saginaw, Michigan; Danasia Davis, Grand Rapids, Michigan; Pierre Davis, Richard Davis, Donquise Davis, Grand Rapids, Michigan; Quintel Macon, Denzel Davis, Columbus, Ohio. A host of other relatives and friends will also cherish Lamar’s memory.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Vance Davis, Sr.; his paternal grandparents, Carolyn McHenry Davis, Lamar G. and Mattie M. Davis; his paternal great-grandparents, Clara and Kires Davis; his maternal great-grandparents, Armon and Naomi McHenry; and great-uncle, Lavonne Davis.
