Latara Hunter (Columbus, Ohio & Lansing)

Ms. LaTara Celeste Hunter gained her wings on  Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Grant Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Age 37 years.  She was born to Camilla Dear and Eddie L. hunter on February 9, 1984, in Lansing, Michigan.

LaTara was raised in Lansing, Michigan and eventually moved to Columbus, Ohio where she made a good life for herself and her three children. She looked to further her education there and earned three business degrees. LaTara loved her career working for the State of Ohio and found joy working at the Nationwide Children's Hospital. She was a hard-working woman who dedicated her life to showing her children that with hard work anything is possible. LaTara loved her children with all her heart, showing them to never be afraid to try new things. Family was very important to LaTara.

She leaves to cherish her memory her three children, Olivia Hunter, Jhazell Lawrence, and Xavier Lawrence; mother, Camilla Dear; father, Eddie Lee Hunter; grandmother, Hannah Burton; sister, Shadon Hunter; brother, Eddie Lee Hunter, Jr.; three nieces, Trinity Hunter, Serenity Gandy, and Za’Riah Gandy; aunts, Joann (Earnest) Thomas and Pearel Johnosn; many other aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
