Ms. Laura Lee Taylor, known as “LoLo”, was born October 11, 1969 in Greenville, Mississippi to J.C. Walker and Ethel Lee Taylor. She passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018. Age 48 years.

LoLo was a long-term resident of Saginaw, Michigan. She was a student of Saginaw Public Schools but obtained her General Education Diploma at a separate institution. She was a woman of faith who accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.

LoLo loved music, especially blues and classic R&B. She enjoyed being around family and friends but enjoyed the company of her grandchildren the most. Nothing brought her greater joy than seeing their smiling faces. LoLo will be missed and forever remembered.

Lolo was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Taylor; grandmother, Helena Jones; uncles, George Morgan, Albert Jones, nephew, Dvaryonn McKinney; brother-in-law, Kelvin Turner; and friend, Tara Robinson.

She leaves to celebrate her life father, J.C. Walker; five sons, Ronnie Jr., DeMarcus, DeVonte, Xavier, Terry Turner; grandchildren, Jada, Amarie, X’Zavion, DeMarcus Jr., Kamarri, Neveah, Terry Turner, Jr., Kyla Filnnon; sisters, Verline Morgan, Omelia Taylor; brothers, Terry, Tworne Taylor; nieces, Chelsea Ray, Mercedes Taylor; nephew, Justin Taylor; daughter-in-law, Margaret Atkins; sister-in-law, Pamela Turner; cousins, Willie, Louella, Lawanda, DeWayne, Tony Morgan, Gerald Shorter, Nathan Fentress, Cathy Malcolm, Catherine Raines; godsisters, Sylvia George, Yolanda Chisholm, Shaun Foster, Katrina, Raquel, Angela, Tiffany Harry; many other relatives and friends including Teresa Williams, Tracy Oliver, Latiaya Johnson, Vernon Nelson, Vernon Jackson, Reginald, Katherine, Roy, Catrina, Dennis, Steven West, James Patrick, Martha Franklin, and Ricky Avery.
