Mr. Leonard Qualin Evans Jr. passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015 in Toledo, Ohio. Age 20 years. He was born July 9, 1994 in Saginaw, Michigan to Glenda May Draine and Leonard Joe Rock Evans Sr.
Leonard was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School. He was a fun-loving person who brought smiles to everyone he came in contact with. Leonard was a free spirit. He loved video games and spending time with his family, especially his niece, nephew, big brother and sister. His presence will be truly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
He leaves to cherish his memory his brothers, Shantell Draine and Davonte Hines; five sisters, Charlene Draine, Destinesha Evans, Ashanti Green, Amanda Jackson and MiAngel Evans; stepfather, Edward Bryant; grandmother, June Evans; godmother, Debra Gartley; godsisters, Aisha Thomas, TyQuisha Thomas and Jada Gartley; one niece, Catherine Draine; three nephews, Barnard Travis, Jess C. Hawkins Jr. and Jamuan C. Hawkins; two aunts, Alisa Purdy and Syletha Evans Myles; seven uncles, Clyde Draine, Lavon Draine, K.T. Draine, Walter E. Evans Jr., Napolean Draine, Godfrey Myles Sr. and Christopher R. Evans; several cousins including special cousin, Gary Manuel; many other relatives and friends including special friends, Nick Simmons and Zion Vanterpool.
Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, Glenda May Draine and Leonard Joe Rock Evans Sr., grandparents, Sam T. and Catherine Draine, James Lee Wilkins.
