Lidia Osborne

Mrs. Lidia Dell Osbourne passed away on Saturday December 26, 2009 at Covenant Medical Center Cooper. Age 76 years old. She was born on October 23,1933 in Houston, Texas.
She later married the late Mr. Richard A. Osborne in November of 1973. Mrs. Osborne, worked at Red Ball Cab Stand in the early 1970s and in 1977 she was employed at Longfellow Elementary School where she retired in 1996. She was a member of Bethel A.M.E Church with her husband, was a member of Charlotte Ray Temple #549, she was a member of the Past Grand Daughter Ruler Club, she was a past state president where she reserved her past grand honors, was a member of the education department and was also a member of the Henry Felston Antler Guard Unit, holding rank as 1st Lt. Colonel, until her illness.
Surviving are two god-daughters, Mrs. Naomi (Jethro) Gay of Muskegon, MI and Mrs. Inez Hinton (Elvie) Summerall, of Saginaw, MI; one sister-in-law; two brothers-in-law; special friends, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence (Mary) Jones, and Mr.and Mrs. Rudolph (Lilly) Dugan both of Saginaw, MI; a very dear cousin Mrs. Karen (Don) Cope of Saginaw, MI; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great- great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, parents, two children, two sisters and one brother.
