On Thursday, August 3, 2017, at the age of 43 years, God stretched out his loving arms and welcomed Mrs. Liltasha Nelson home. She was born April 8, 1974 in Saginaw, Michigan to Gregory and Carriette Whitehead.
Liltasha attended Saginaw Public Schools and was a graduate of Saginaw High School. She accepted the Lord in her life and was a member of Candlelight Baptist Church where she served as a choir member. She loved to sing. She had such a contagious laugh, always smiling. Liltasha enjoyed games and puzzles. She was married to Clarence Nelson on August 10, 2012. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Clarence Nelson; one daughter, Chr’Resha Nelson; one son, Charles Crisp; her grandmother, Lillie Dawkins; aunt, Margaret McGee; uncle, Donzall Dawkins; special cousins, Spencer "Prince" Whitehead, Dwandra "Dee Dee" Whitehead, Nellanita Whitehead and Demaris Jackson; three goddaughters, Destiny Harvey, Dynasty Johnson and Evonie Fisher
Liltasha was preceded in death by her parents, Gregory and Carriette Whitehead; one brother, Gregory Whitehead, II, and her grandparents.
