Lloyd Lavon Henry

November 18, 1986 — December 3, 2022

Mr. Lloyd Lavon Henry passed away on Saturday December 3, 2022, at the of age 36 years. He was born November 18, 1986, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Suncia Lawson and LaKurt Harris.

Lloyd did not have a church home, but he had his own special prayer line to God. He completed his General Education Development (GED). He was employed for two years at Koch Food, during which time his life was changed. Lloyd was dedicated to giving back and taking care of his family. He will be greatly missed.

Lloyd’s hobby was making rap music and being in the studio. At the time of his passing, he was working to turn his love and hobby of making rap music into a professional career as a hip hop rap artist. Lloyd was very talented, passionate and creative as a rap artist and rapped about the good and bad times of his life. He enjoyed working, shopping, and hanging out with friends and family. He was funny, hardworking, and loved to crack jokes. He would brighten up a room the moment he walked in. A couple of his trade words that he always said was “I got something on the floor, and it is what it is.” Lloyd loved his family and friends unconditionally and was very protective of anyone he loved, near or far, and always envisioned one day taking care of his family.

He leaves to cherish his memory his fiancée Crystal Cantrell, Rockmart, Georgia; three daughters, Ashley, Keira, and Angel Cantrell, Rockmart, Georgia; two sons, Keenan , Rockmart, Georgia, and Jedquareus ‘Juju’ Hudson, Saginaw, Michigan; parents, Sunica Lawson, and Chris (Pops) Lenoir, and LaKurt Harris; two sisters Londra Lawson, Saginaw, Michigan, and Nionda Harris, North Little Rock, Arkansas; two stepsisters, Crystal Williamson, Alabama, and Christina Williamson, Iowa; seven brothers, Antwion Maybanks, Larelle, James and Kendall Harris, all of Michigan, Quincy, Cedric and C. J. Lenoir, Houston, Texas; three nieces, Janell Jones, Saginaw, Michigan, and Mariah and Jazmyn, Muskegon, Michigan; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins, too many to name; he loved all of you; one special uncle, Bernard Lawson, and many more around the globe who loved him; Lloyd was loved by many people including special friends that were as close as brothers, Pastor Obed Thompson Jr., Red Harvey, Kendrell Harvey, Markterrian Harvey, Jay Green, Dante Harris, Bronson Bulger, Mario Bulger, Kevin Wicker, Omar Barnes, Ore Thompson, David Anderson, and Norman “Rock” Rivers.
