Lurine Brown

Our beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend, Lurine Brown passed away Monday, December 3, 2012 at Covenant Healthcare-Harrison. Age 59 years. She was born January 17, 1953 in Camden , Arkansas to Tommy Lee Box and Eartha Johnson.
She was a faithful member of Candlelight Missionary Baptist Church for 23 years. Lurine was a devoted, commited hard-worker to the Buena Vista School District for 34 years. She loved working with young children and was a Young Champion volunteer for many years.
Lurine leaves to cherish her memory two children, Clarence Brown II, Taheerah Brown, both of Saginaw, Michigan; eight grandchildren, Clarence Brown III, Saginaw, Michigan, Raheem D. Brown, Oakland, California, Nathaniel Brown and Elijah Brown, San Francisco, California, Sydne Brown, San Mateo, California, Tiara Brown, Boise, Idaho, Laylah Addison and Lorenzo L. Reynolds, Saginaw, Michigan; two great-grandchildren, Raheem Brown Jr., Jaden Brown; her beautiful mother, Eartha Jones; four sisters, Alma Samuel, Evelyn Ramsey, Wilma Box, Margaret (Cornell) Jones; two brothers, Lee (Anette) Box Sr., Columbia, South Carolina, Raymond Box, Saginaw, Michigan; many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Lee Box.
