Lynette Carol Harrold went home to be with the Lord Saturday, March 10, 2012 at University of Michigan Health Systems. Age 59 years. She was born August 14, 1952, in Saginaw, Michigan to Ovella Bond and L.C. Peoples Pete.
She left a legacy of wisdom, love and compassion that showed in everything she did for her family. Lynette was a virtuous woman, a pillar of strength and a solid cornerstone for her family. She was a member of New Covenant Christian Center Church where she served as a member of the usher board, the Masters Hands, Christian Education and as a Greeter. Lynette had a love for shopping and Ballroom Dancing.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Samuel Harrold; four children, RuShawnda (Devron) McCall, Andrea (George) Beard, Chae (Christina) Riley, Corey (Amanda) Pritchett; four step-children, Keith Harrold, Trina Harrold, Takisha Harrold, Michael Harrold; 26 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nine brothers, Derrick Peoples, Anthony (Veronica) Peoples, Harry (Denise) Bond, Craig Granison, Orlando Granison, Clarence McGee Pookie, Sam McGee, Vincent (Kimberly) Bond, Glenn Peoples; eleven sisters, Tammy (Johnny) Cotton, Judy (Ray Carl) Smith, Doris Haynes, Vickie (Greg) Tyson, Elizabeth (Anthony ) Rogers, Toni (Ray) Hicks, Debra (Kenny) Blakey, Donna (Eddie) Granison-Presley, Aquanita Bardell, Shirley Davis, Christine Freeman; a very special uncle, Eddie (Bessie) Peoples; four sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Miles, Arme Jean Stovall, Vicey (Larry) Mayo, Cecelia Harrold, one brother-in-law, Chestopher (Denise) Harrold; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including a special friend, Yvonne Ryder.
She was preceded in death by L.C. Peoples, (Catherine), Ovella Bond, Rudolph Dugan, Terry Peoples, Bernadine Essex, Valerie Williams, Sandra (Peachy) Thompson, Anthony Bardell, Pearl Jamerson, Samuel M. Hall and Tom T. Hall; grandson, Shane Peoples-Welch.
