Mario Bobbitt (Lansing)

Mr. Mario Robert Bobbitt, age 49 passed away Friday, March 3, 2023, in Lansing, Michigan. He was the son of Cheryl Bobbitt and Robert Howse, born on January 3, 1974, in Cleveland, Ohio. His parents died when he was young and he was adopted and raised by his aunt/mother, Joann Phifer

Mario grew up in Lansing, Michigan. He enjoyed spending time with his children, family and close friends. Mario also enjoyed cooking, gardening, yard work and carpentry.

He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Kyvon Kemp Colon and Malcolm Bishop; daughter, Maya Bobbitt all of Lansing Michigan; grandson, Malikahi Bishop; aunt/mother, Joann Phifer; brother, Harlan Howse of Hemet, California; two sisters, Holly Howse of Baltimore Maryland and Crystal Brown of Lansing, Michigan; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, including special friends, Michelle Bishop, Shawanna Austin, and Terry Galmore.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Bobbitt; father, Robert Howse; and sister, Cordelia Lester “DeeDee”.
