Mario Saenz, Jr.

Mr. Mario A. B. Saenz, Jr. “Bub” passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023, in Saginaw, Michigan. Age 43 years. Mario was born February 4, 1980, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Mario Sr. and Beatrice Saenz.

Bub was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan. He attended the New Beginnings Ministry. Bub loved spending time with his children. He also loved music, watching movies, late-night snacking, and making people laugh.

Mario leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Maggie G. Saenz; one daughter, Maria B.; three sons, Mario C., Carlos M., and Domingo R. Saenz; two stepchildren, Aurora Garza-Garcia and Jose (Yasmene) Espinosa; one grandchild, Silas A. Garcia Saenz; parents, Mario Sr. and Beatrice Saenz; three sisters Sylvia (Manuel) Cirilo, Erica Saenz (Joe Jimenez), and Alicia Saenz (Felix Ortiz) of Grand Rapids, Michigan; two brothers, Daniel (Donny) Saenz of Orange Grove, Texas, and David Saenz, Grand Rapids, Michigan; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles, including one special uncle, Freddie Garza; many cousins including two special cousins, Ricky Garza, and Michelle Munoz; father-in-law, Albert T. Garcia; sister-in-law, Juanita (John) Gonzales; two brothers-in-law, Ramiro Garcia and Jesus Garcia; many other relatives and friends including special friends, “T” Lopez, Pumpkin, Jeremy Vasquez, and Danny Cirilo.

Mario was preceded in death by his Garza and Saenz grandparents, and his mother-in-law, Maria M. Garcia.
