Mr. Mark Anthony Patterson passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, in Hampton, Georgia. Age 67 years. Mark was born to Adolph and Emma Patterson on May 5, 1957, in Saginaw, Michigan.

Mark was a resident of Hampton Georgia, he had also lived in Oakland, California, and Memphis Tennessee. He was a proud graduate of Saginaw High School Class of 1975. In his younger years, he picked the Oakland Raiders to be his team Win or Lose. Mark was a retired manager from Overnite /UPS Transportation. 

Mark was known for his love of football, grilling, and fishing. He was a Chaplain for the Memphis Tennessee Raider Nation Group. He was also able to go to London England with his group.

Mark leaves to cherish his memory his wife Sharon Patterson, Hampton, Georgia; one daughter, Shelina Brown. Fayetteville, Georgia; two sons, Torieona Williams, Saginaw, Michigan, and Michael Brown, Hampton, Georgia; granddaughters, Torie Williams, Taylor Royal, Jordan Brown, and Phoenix Cradler who he help raised; five other grandsons and 6 other granddaughters; bonus children fathers, Dax and Yasmeen Patterson; one sister, Brenda Patterson; one brother, Parrish Patterson; sister-in-law, Betrice (Mark) Christmas; three brothers-in-law; Charlie (Olivia) Brown, J. D. (Brenda) Brown; Ellester (Birdie) Brooks; father-in-law; Thelester (Geneva) Brooks; one nephew, Shawn McMillon; nieces, Anereija Patterson, Valencia Johnson, and Yasmeen Davenport; his special brothers, Sheldon Matthews “Snap”, Robert El-Amin, Donald Madden, Daryl Reynolds, Eddie Sanders, Jerome Sangster, Milton Barns, Ruben Hill, LeAnder Lewis, Otto Haynes, Gill Whitlow, Joe Love, Kenny Roberson, Bryant Trapp, Marvin Surles, Corey Stephens, and Kenny Hicks; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Adolph and Emma Patterson, son Tonay Thompson, sister Loretta, brother, Adolph Patterson Jr., and nephew, Dax Patterson.
