Mar’Quavious Marquel Collins was born May 16, 2000 in Saginaw, Michigan, to Stephanie Cooper and Charles Collins.

Mar’Quavious Marquel Collins departed this earthly life on Friday, November 6, 2020. He went back to school and graduated from SVRC on July 14, 2020. Mar’Quavious was a fun-loving young man. He had many interests including, basketball, dancing, and gospel music, which was one of his favorites. Mar’Quavious loved rapping making his first single song that hit YouTube. He was a caring, unselfish, giving, nurturing, thoughtful, patient, kind, generous, and forgiving young man. Mar’Quavious was fun, happy, trustworthy, honorable, loyal, sympathetic, and unique. Mar’Quavious loved his family and especially his children. He had a smile that would brighten the room. He was considerable, great, very intelligent, and creative. Mar’Quavious was loved by many and he will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memory one daughter, Elizabeth Coleman; son, Mar’Quavious Marquel Collins Jr.; grandparents, Levon Bailey, and Teresa Cooper; three sisters, Jariana Washington, Sher’Miracle Emma Lou Cooper, and Monica Chester; two brothers, Shermein Stephon Cooper, Shermontae Delmont Cooper; four nieces, De’Moni Lee, Ta’Layah Curry, Andrunae Scott, Arshawn Feagin; one nephew, De‘Mir Lee; five aunts, Debra (Don) Lee, Brenda Bailey, Loretta (David) Bailey Coates, Kashonda (Lee) Owens, Alisha Perkins; many cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Mar’Quavious was preceded in death by his grandparents, David Bailey, Nathaniel, and Willie Mae Perkins; cousins, Bobby Bailey, Annie and Wallace Anderson, Eddie Perkins Sr., Carol Coleman; uncles, Robert Lee Perkins, Tommy Cage Sr., and stepdad, Shermein Cooper.
