Our beloved brother and uncle, Mr. Marshall Jerry Houston, Jr., affectionately known as “BaBro”, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at the age of 75 years. He was born May 15, 194 in Chicago, Illinois to Marshall Sr. and Carrie Houston.
BaBro will be remembered by three sisters, Hazel Gipson, Lansing, Illinois, Rosemary (Carl) Ruth, Yvonne (Roosevelt) Helton, both of Saginaw, Michigan; eight nieces; eight nephews; many other relatives and a special cousin, Betty Daily.
BaBro was preceded in death by his parents Marshall Houston, Sr. and Carrie (Melvin) Pruitt; two sisters, Lillie Pruitt and Deborah Houston; two brothers, Charles and Minister Thorner Pruitt; three nieces, Diane Pendleton, Sheri and Darlene Houston.
